|---|---|---|---|---|
| 75 | 5 | Yes | 4 | 2-stall trailer + 2 deluxe units + 1 accessible |

Restroom trailer or porta potties for a wedding?
A restroom trailer suits a formal wedding because it has flush toilets, running-water sinks, mirrors and lights. Porta potties suit casual and budget weddings, or venues where a trailer cannot get in. A restroom trailer needs level ground, a standard power outlet within reach and a wide path for the tow vehicle.

| Restroom trailer | Deluxe flushing unit | Standard unit | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Guest feel | Like a home bathroom | Nicer than standard | Basic |
| Flush | Yes | Foot pump | No |
| Sink | Running water | Inside unit | Add a station |
| Power | Needed (standard outlet) | None | None |
| Ground | Level, firm, truck access | Any firm spot | Any firm spot |

Can you deliver a wedding restroom on short notice?
Yes, short-notice wedding drops happen when a unit and truck are free. One family called us the day before a home wedding needing one unit by 8 or 9 AM. We checked inventory and dispatch on the call. Book weeks ahead for trailers; short-notice luck is better with standard and deluxe units.
Call insight: the home-wedding caller was not the couple. It was a relative helping the family find a unit. Two of our September 2026 calls came from relatives calling for someone else, so we quote with just a ZIP and date.

Where should restrooms go at a home or ranch wedding?
Put wedding restrooms 50 to 150 feet from the tables, downwind, on level ground and lit for evening use. Keep them close enough for older guests but out of the ceremony photos. The service truck must reach the trailer, so avoid soft lawn after rain. Mark sprinkler heads before we arrive.
For ranch and barn venues around Argyle and Flower Mound, gravel drives are fine. Hilly lots need a level pad for trailers. Read the placement guide for gate widths and slope limits.
Questions renters ask us
Does the restroom trailer need electricity?
Yes. Lights, fans and pumps run on a standard outdoor power outlet within cord reach. No outlet? Ask about a generator option when you call.
Will it be clean for the photos?
Yes. Trailers are washed inside and out before delivery and stocked with paper, soap and towels.
How far ahead should I book a wedding trailer?
Book 3 to 6 weeks ahead for spring and fall Saturdays. Weekday weddings and standard units are easier on short notice.
Can a trailer fit in my backyard?
A trailer needs a straight path about 10 feet wide and level ground. Most backyards with a fence gate cannot take one; a driveway or side lot can.
Do you offer an attendant?
Ask when you call. For large weddings we can schedule a mid-event check and restock.
