How much does a porta potty rental cost in Lewisville?
A porta potty rental price is set by five things: unit type, rental length, servicing, delivery distance and quantity. Recent quotes from our call desk ran $248 before tax and fuel for one event unit, $468 out the door for a next-morning rush wedding drop, and $502.13 for a same-day jobsite unit on a 28-day cycle.
| Quote (Sept 2026) | Unit & qty | Rental length | What was included | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Farm event, 1 day | 1 standard | Single event day | Delivery day before, pickup day after, paper + sanitizer | $248 + tax + fuel surcharge |
| Home wedding, next morning | 1 standard | Single event day | Rush delivery by 8–9 AM, pickup, everything out the door | $468 total |
| Residential construction, same day | 1 standard | 28-day billing cycle | Same-day delivery by 11 AM, weekly service, restocking, pickup | $502.13 total |
These are quotes, not a price list. Lewisville quotes use the same structure. Call for the price at your ZIP on your dates.
What is included in a porta potty rental quote?
A complete porta potty quote lists seven lines: the unit, the rental period, delivery, pickup, scheduled servicing, the fuel surcharge and sales tax. Event quotes also show the delivery and pickup days. Jobsite quotes show the 28-day billing start date and the weekly service day. Anything outside that is listed before you pay.
| Line item | What it covers | Event rental | Jobsite rental |
|---|---|---|---|
| Unit | The toilet, trailer or sink | Per unit | Per unit |
| Rental period | Event day(s) or billing cycle | 1 event (drop day before, pick day after) | 28-day cycle from delivery date |
| Delivery & placement | Truck, crew, placing it where you mark | Included or listed | Included or listed |
| Pickup | Removal at the end | Included | When you call for it |
| Servicing | Pump, wash, deodorize, restock | Clean on arrival; mid-event on request | Weekly visit included |

What extra charges can apply?
Extra charges apply only when the job needs more than the standard visit. Common extras are additional service visits, rush delivery, relocating a unit, extra cleaning after misuse, blocked access on a service day, and damage or theft. Each extra is quoted in writing before we do the work, except damage, which is billed at repair or replacement cost.
- Extra service visit: for heavy use, events over 1 day, or a full tank before service day.
- Rush delivery: same-day or next-morning drops when a truck is rerouted.
- Relocation: moving the unit to a new spot on the same site.
- Blocked access: the driver cannot reach the unit (locked gate, parked cars).
- Excess cleaning: paint, concrete, trash or vandalism inside the unit.
- Damage or theft: billed at repair or replacement cost; see rental terms.
What does "monthly" mean on a porta potty rental?
Monthly porta potty rentals bill on a 28-day cycle, not a calendar month. The cycle starts on the delivery day. If a unit arrives on October 6, the next cycle starts November 3. Call for pickup before that date to avoid a new 28-day charge. There is no automatic pickup.
Call insight: the most common price question in our September 2026 calls was "how much for a month?" (2 of 10 calls asked it directly). The honest answer is a 28-day cycle price with weekly servicing included.

How can I lower the cost of my rental?
Lower the cost by booking ahead, choosing the right number of units, and grouping units at one spot. Rush drops and multiple drop spots cost more. Weekday events are easier to schedule. For jobsites, one well-placed unit with weekly service is cheaper than two units placed too far apart for one service stop.
Get the count right with the unit calculator, and check placement so there are no blocked-access fees.
Questions renters ask us
Can you give me a rough price on the phone?
Yes. We quote on the call once we have the ZIP, dates, unit type and quantity. You get a full, itemized number, not a range.
Is there a deposit?
We take a card to lock in the date. Commercial accounts can apply for invoicing; setup takes up to 4 business days.
Is tax included in the price?
Some quotes are "out the door" with tax; others list tax and fuel separately. Ask which one you are hearing; the invoice always shows both.
Do you price-match?
Tell us what you were quoted and what it includes. If it is the same service, we will see what we can do.
When does billing stop?
When you call for pickup. Calls before the next 28-day cycle avoid another cycle charge.
